We, Marina and Patrick are behind the Greenyogaproject brand. Stressed by our everyday jobs and looking for distraction and relaxation, we found yoga as our discipline. Not only to escape everyday life but also to gain mental strength. During this way, many questions have arisen, which led us to found Greenyogaproject! 

 

In a time when the Earth is telling us that we are doing something wrong, we want to help incite change! Plastic does not belong in the environment. Of the 78 million tons of plastic packaging worldwide, 32% of it ends up in the environment - this amount is far too high. 

All over the world, it must be ensured that all waste, if it can not be avoided, is completely collected and reused in a circular economy. 

Yoga is one of the most popular disciplines, practiced by people worldwide.

Practicing yoga is purifying and harmonizing, which helps us feel more connected and at peace with the world.

Yoga is based on nature. Do you know that many yoga poses (asanas) were named after and reflect the movements of animals? 

If plastic is harmful to animals and our environment, why are we using plastic products to practice yoga? 

With all of this in mind, we decided to do our part and help promote the use of eco friendly yoga products!
