HOW CAN I ORDER FROM YOU? 
You can easily add your desired products to your shopping cart, using the button "add to cart" or "buy it now". When you proceed to checkout, our system will guide you through the ordering and payment process.


WHERE CAN I FIND MY INVOICE?
As we want to do something good for our planet, we will also save paper. Therefore we automatically send you your invoice by e-mail with your shipping confirmation. It might happen that you can not find this mail. In this case please check your spam or advertising folders.


DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF GERMANY?
Yes we do! At the moment we want that whole Europe can enjoy our yoga products. Sadly, we can not send products to the Canary Islands.


WHAT ARE THE VALUES OF THE BRAND?
At GreenYogaProject, all of our yoga products are selected according to strict criteria and highest quality requirements. Like this, we make sure to offer only sustainably produced products made from materials which do not leave a big ecological footprint on our planet. 


PRODUCTS OUT OF STOCK?
Sometimes it can happen that we run out of stock. Our system disables the ability to buy the product automatically. To let you know first when its available again, we have a little feature which notifies you via email when the item is back in stock. Try it!


I RECEIVED A DISCOUNT CODE, HOW CAN I USE THIS?
During the checkout there will be a box allowing you to enter the code, please copy and paste the code in and if valid, it will automatically apply to the final price.


WHY DO YOU NEED MY PHONE NUMBER DURING CHECKOUT?
Phone numbers are a requirement in some countries. They normally call ahead to let you know they will be arriving.


WHO DELIVERS MY ORDER?
Items are delivered by DHL.
